Sharing a Workspace

 

Sharing a workspace allows you to send one of your workspaces to another user. A copy of the workspace will appear in their workspaces list and they can interact with the workspace as they need to.

1.    Click the Workspace Manager icon on the left side of the screen.

2.    Click to highlight the workspace you want to share. You can share one workspace at a time.

3.    Click Share.

4.    On the Share Workspace window that opens, click the User box and choose the user with whom you want to share your workspace. You can start typing their User ID/Email address and the dropdown will be filtered to help you find the user you want. You can choose more than one person to share your workspace with.

CSP Note: You will see only other CSPs at the same station or FedEx employees in the list of available people with whom you can share your workspace.

5.    Use the Comment field to add comments about the workspace you are sharing.

6.    Click OK to share the workspace or click Cancel to go back to the Workspace Manager. After you click OK, the user(s) you have chosen will receive an email notification that you have shared a workspace. The shared workspace will appear in their Workspace Manager list when they log in.
