After you create or open a workspace, your work areas will be shown on a map. To the left of the map are filters that you can use to hide or show stops on the map. There are a number of tools that allow you to navigate on the map and interact with your work areas.
Below the map is the Summary/Stop table. This table allows you to see information about your work areas in general (Summary tab) and about your stops in detail (Stops tab). The table also includes tools that allow you to change route color and symbol, select by attributes, edit time windows (in Baseline only), and update time and miles after making changes to your work areas. On the Stops tab, each column is sortable. You can click to select stops in the Stops list and they will be selected on the map. Use the Ctrl or Shift key to select multiple stops in the Stops list.
The filter tools allow you to hide and show stops on the map. Using these filters in various combinations allows you to show exactly the stops you want to see on the map. For instance, you can show only Home Delivery delivery stops on two work areas on one particular day by using the filters on the Stop Type, Work Area, and the Days tab in combination.
Display Map By dropdown box – allows you to choose whether to view your stops by Work Areas or Entities. The stops on the map will be colored by the type of display you choose.
Days – Use the Days tab to hide or show stops by day
Entities – Use the Entities tab to hide or show stops by Entity
Work Areas – Use the Work Areas tab to hide or show stops by work area
Stop Type – Use the Stop Type tab to hide or show stops by stop type (Home Delivery, Ground, SmartPost, Delivery, Pickup).
